50 Wallballs Pull-Up Bar Hang
50 Power Cleans Plank Hold
50 Box Jumps Superman Hold
50 Push Ups Wall Sit Hold
100ft Farmer Carry Hollow Hold
50 Deadlifts Plank Hold
Each Partner will complete 25 reps of the following movements before tagging their partner or moving forward. If either partner breaks, they must stop and complete 5 burpees.
