Warm-up (No Measure)
10 minutes of:
4 figure fours each side
6 push ups
8 Tap Swings
10 side lunges (5 each way)
Back Squat (10 Minutes Max reps at 70%)
Athlete should shoot for 30-50 reps at 70%
CrossFit Games Open 17.5 (Time)
10 rounds for time of:
9 thrusters 95# / 65#
35 double-unders
*40 minute time cap
We will only be able to allow a 25 minute time cap for this wod, you will need to scale your wod accordingly in order to finish. Or perform at an RX level with a 25 minute cap.
