5 Kettlebell suitcase deadlifts (R/L)

5 Kettlebell shoulder press (R/L)

5 Kettlebell waiter squats (R/L)

50′ T walks

50′ Bent knee bear crawl

Team RWB March Madness Challenge (Time)

Two rounds of 35 reps, two rounds of 8 reps. Air Squats/ Push ups/ Mountain Climbers (Left + Right = 1) / Sit Ups

2 Rounds:

35 Air Squats

35 Push-ups

35 Mountain Climbers (L + R =1)

35 Sit Ups

Then, two rounds of 8 reps each

8 Air Squats

8 Push Ups

8 Mountain Climbers (L + R = 1)

8 Sit Ups
