In 20 minutes complete as many rounds as possible:
10 Box jumps**
20 Alternating Dumbbell Snatch (50/35)
20 Single Arm Overhead Squat (50/35)
15 Push-ups
*split OH squats between arms as needed
**Can substitute Box Step-ups with Chair Step-ups
