Then:
50 partner abmat sit-ups with wb 20/14
800m run with wb (both partners)
50 power cleans 135/115 (switch every 10 reps)
100 wb 20/14 (switch every 10 reps)
800m run with wb (both partners)
50 burpees (switch every 5)
TIME CAP 30 mins. If you finish before 30 mins, I will have a cash out for you……
